I placed my order when will it be delivered?
Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri can arrive between 8am and 6pm on the next working day (Mon-Sat). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next following working day.
I have not received my Confirmation Email? Has my order been placed?
If you could contact us with the following details we will be able to check for you. We require your full name, post code, date and estimated time of order and the products ordered. Please also check your junk folder as your security settings may not allow emails from Mikael Lovell.
